Added cached BTC, ETH, and SOL USDT market data alongside Ethereum gas, block, base-fee, transaction-count, and RPC-response telemetry. Freshness is evaluated independently for market and network sources; old values are removed rather than presented as live.

Public site baseline established

Published the initial Cangkua website with a restrained technical-editorial system, static delivery through Caddy, canonical HTTPS, and security headers.
